Top 10 Reasons Why YOU Should Be Using Social Media

by Mark on January 23, 2009

Are you using social media yet? Here are ten reasons why you should be:

Number 10 - After one week of using social media you will be able to quit your job, move to a tropical island, and never have to work again. (Except to go to the bank to cash your commission checks.)

Number 9 - Richard Branson, Bill Gates, and YES, even President Barack Obama will become one of your followers.

Number 8 - You will have more customers than you know what to do with!

Number 7 - Friends and fans will POKE you all day long.

Number 6 - Your blog about “How to Make Money Blogging” will join the exclusive ranks of about 5 million other sites that cover the same niche.

Number 5 - You will get famous. Instantly.

Number 4 - Even though you will be spending more time than ever before on your computer, your productivity will grow exponentially.

Number 3 - Mega-stores will be breaking down your door to get you to use their gift cards.

Number 2 - You will get a book deal.

NUMBER 1 - When your co-workers are at the water cooler discussing with great frustration all of the auto DM’s they have been getting, you’ll know what the F#$K they are talking about.

Mark, it is a bit comical when you think about it - I occasionally try to explain some of this to my dad and he thinks I’m brilliant because I can speak a foreign language. Thanks for sharing the link
